DTF APPLICATION INSTRUCTION

DTF Instructions

1. Pre-press if you need to remove wrinkles.
2. Press at 300° for 10 seconds. Heavy pressure.
3. Let it Cool and Peel!
4. Cover with teflon, spare shirt or parchment and press for 5 seconds.

Ensure no seams get in the press as it can cause a loss of pressure and the transfer may not adhere properly. 

DTF CARE and MAINTENANCE

To ensure the longevity and care of DTF transfers, follow these guidelines:

Wash Care: Always wash inside out to protect the transfer from friction. Use cold water and a gentle cycle to avoid damaging the print. 

Avoid fabric softeners and harsh detergents

Drying: Air dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer to prevent damage to the print. 

Avoid direct ironing on the transfer.

Storage: Store garments flat or hang them away from direct sunlight to maintain the quality of the DTF transfers. 

TIPS

Application Tips: Ensure proper fabric preparation, including pre-washing and lint rolling, to enhance adhesion. Use heat-resistant tape to secure the transfer during application.
